The Intro
Once upon a time, in a land not too far away, a young Princess lived. With skin that was white as snow and long velvety black hair, she was loved by her people. A powerful sorceress, she believed in justice and love. But not all would remain so. Her stepmother, an evil witch, grew jealous of the love and power that the young Princess had. In one bite of a poisoned apple, the Princess was cursed, all of her love and joy being replaced with hate and rage. The powerful Princess, fallen into darkness, began building an army of terrible monsters. These creatures, called the Stitched, gruesome horrors of flesh, thread, and dark magic, were let loose upon the kingdom. They destroyed homes, cities, and lives everywhere. It wasn't long before darkness fell on the entire land.
But not all hope was lost! Across the lands, some people learned how to defend themselves. Through sword and magic, these few souls have been able to survive. People wander the scarred lands, forced to always be moving and running to stay safe from the eyes of the dreaded Stitched. After so long in darkness and fear, an unlikely group of seven dwarves have found themselves stuck with each other for survival. One night, while exhausted, and on the run, when the words "Someone needs to fight back," fall on tired ears, and strike a chord in weary hearts, something stirred an old emotion that was barely whispered of.
